SMS Text Message Communications

Opt-In Required: We only send SMS text messages to customers who explicitly opt in during the booking process or by texting START to our number.

What We Send: Booking confirmations, delivery reminders, pickup notifications, and service updates related to your dumpster rental.

Message Frequency: You'll receive 1-5 messages per booking. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan. Junkez FL does not charge for text messages.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for assistance.

Privacy: Your phone number and opt-in consent data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share your number with service providers (like Twilio) who help us deliver messages.

Email Communications

Transactional Emails: We send booking confirmations and service updates via email to fulfill your service request.

Optional Updates: If you opt-in to email updates, you'll receive delivery and pickup reminders. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in our emails.
